University of Arizona FORGE supplements the financial literacy course offering in their Venturing 101 course with our Million Stories content.
Slyngshot is utilized in the FORGE Student Venture Pathways to offer ongoing entrepreneurial education, mentoring, and coaching. It supports the work of students to solve business problems in areas such as engineering, health, education, sustainability, and the arts.
Venture Valley is used to excite the UofA community around entrepreneurship as students “Build, Invest and Win.” FORGE hosts a video game competition as a big community engagement offering.
United Way utilized Singleton’s Financial Literacy video loop at their VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program tax filing event aimed to help individuals with a household income under $73,000 file their taxes. The video loop was played in the waiting area to educate and promote awareness of available resources.
As part of the partnership between NFTE and Singleton Foundation, Million Stories videos with real entrepreneur stories has been integrated into NFTE’s high school and middle school programs, as well as their adult targeted Career Relaunch program.
